Have an issue with the screen size

When I first download the game it was fine I use a screen size 1280x1024 I go to advanced setting and change the screen size, but it doesnt seems to take any notice of my setting change. Any Help there?

Firstly, the change in screen size won't take effect until you exit and restart the game.

Secondly, if the game is set to be in Full Screen Mode it will stretch to fit your screen. If you wan't it smaller you need to use Windowed Mode.
