is PBEM turn notification broken or down?

I'm playing two PBEM scenario's with two separate friends and we've all noticed that we're not receiving emails that turns are waiting for us, yet if we get curious and log into check ... there the turns are.

Is the email system down/broken? I don't see any other comments in the Forums.

So far, I haven't seen anyone else reporting this issue.
Maybe it was a temporary glitch.
Anyway, I've asked the web admins to take a look at this.

Yep, my friends and I are still having this problem. And I've never heard back from my email to Tech Support.

If we haven't responded in 24 hours, then that's because we haven't receive the email.
Anyway, I would have responded the same, if the issue is not fixed yet, then the web admins are still looking into this issue.
