Slitherine

Hello. I am having a problem. I have been playing FoG online, and really enjoying it! I am also on the forum, and this morning going to the forum it asked for my password, which I evidently issued in error. I then clicked "forgot password" and reset it. Now I can get on the forum fine, but I can no longer get online to play FoG. I tried "NOT remembering my password" on the gamesite, and entered my new password, but it says error code 8 and will not let me on. Please help asap as I am involved in two games at the moment!
