Comprehensive Change List?

Is there a comprehensive change list that shows all of the changes that have been made to the game that are either not in the manual, or now wrongly stated in the manual? I looked for one, but only found the v1.40 announcement.

I just found out that I was playing in the current tournament thinking (based on the manual) that non-Keil infantry could not charge non-light mounted. I'm sure that I knew that that they now can at one time, but if you take a break from the game and then return there are probably several changes that I've forgotten.

There is a Patch Notes button on the initial splash screen for Sengoku Jidai Shadow of the Shogun, but not for Pike & Shot Campaigns.
