Love the look of the game, very similar to ASL (Never have played the Lock N Load board game). My question is this: Is there a scenario/campaign creator utility so that users can create their own scenarios/campaigns? Everything I researched on this game seems not to imply that so far. If so, is there a limit to the amount of units and the size of the map?

Also, how many scenarios are included in the game?

The game has indeed a scenario editor.
You'll find 33 scenarios (15 Soviet and 18 German) based on the battles for Stalingrad in 1942.
