It is possible to launch manned missions/capsules with normal rockets?

Hello Kalesin,

It's not possible to do that. That's one of the key mechanics of the game: manned missions can only be launched using a human-rated rocket. Notice that it's possible to launch an unmanned mission of a manned program (e.g., "Uncrewed suborbital flight" from the Mercury program) using a non human-rated rocket, though.

It must be a bug, because as shown in the screenshot, is a manned flight (duration level III) with an Atlas-Centaur rocket

For some reason I didn't see the image when I first saw this thread. I've checked here and yes, it's bug in the spreadsheet. Thanks for the heads-up, it's fixed now :)
