A suggestion for AA in Winter War

At the moment, I only own Winter War.

I thought it might be interesting if AA counted towards the airpower limit, rather than ground forces.
IN the game as is currently, the Finns can get air superiority (at least at the level I play)
I think it would be fun to try just having AA, with but one or two fighters flying around.

If you can deploy multiple fighters, don’t buy too much AA and if you can’t deploy multiple fighters, buy AA. Find the good balance.

So, in some campaign you have 0 air point when enemy plane own sky, you wont have AA to fight back ? I mean, you cant change gamplay just for 1 campaign.

Also some AA in the game have ground combat switches, so a general change to make AA count into air CP could have unwanted side-effects in some cases.
