I´d like to se an expansion (more missions and when possible more units) of the existing campaigns for more diversity and replayability.

But also a (long) Italian campaign would be fun.

A russian grand campaign should definately encompass the early battles and preferable also the war against Japan.

I miss having naval units in my core, but that could be accomplished with my first suggestion.

Oh yeah, me, too.

Some of the custom campaigns can help with that, but it was the combined experience of air, naval and land battles that made OoB a very appealing game IMO.

I vote #8 an Italian solo campaign. That would be a lot of fun! It would be great to see the Italian 8th Army advance to the Don.

If not done already, all campaigns could be done either way as attacker or defender.

I would like a linked campaign of Russia holding off Germany at first and the winter counter attack 41-early 42. Then the 42- early 43 campaign culminating in Stalingrad for an epic multi-stage battle. Then the Russian advance for the last DLC. Deciding what units to sacrifice for the greater good would be intriguing, though depressing.

A US/Britain & Commonwealth/Free French vs Africa corp in Africa to Sicily and invading Italy. It could be a 2 parter if done well.

Germany cleaning up the Balkans? Doing well gets you more for invading Russia earlier?

Normandy, St. Lo and the breakout followed by watch on the Rhine?

All the other areas, in general, have been covered. Unless you focus on particular campaigns at a granular level, but I could be missing something, I think we are covered.

Otherwise, it seems like what if campaigns. There was pretty much no way Germany was going to get a peace after losing on so many fronts. It would have taken a nuke. However, a what if the US, France and Britain (with maybe bits of former axis thrown in both sides?) fought the USSR at the end of WWII could be fascinating. Although I am not thrilled with that one.

I would also like to see it branch to at least Korea.

That is in Morning Sun, however you don't get to play as China. So would you want to be Republic of China or The Communist Party of China? Would you have to make deals depending on what China you sought to be? Would there be a post WWII struggle? That sounds interesting if done well.

I'd want a DLC where you can play as the Chinese Nationalists. The commies didn't do anything...
There's a ton of potential and quite a few battles to draw a campaign from. And the devs are good at hypothetical scenarios.

Soviet Grand Campaign definitely, I'm surprised (although, at the same time, maybe not) we have 4 German campaigns and not a single Soviet one.

Also Korea. I feel it's close enough in the timeline (everything but the planes are basically the same) to not be out of place

But I would like to see a British European campaign starting with Norway, the Expeditionary Corps, the struggle for the Atlantic and then Sicily/Italia and Normandy etc.
that would be something else! A story of complacency then despair, then determination, then finally, emergence.

As generic as it sounds, I wouldn't be against a late European Allied campaign (Italy, Normandy, and after).

A Pre-Pacific War China campaign would be cool too -- why not even a China campaign with Mao against Tchang Kai-Chek forces, which could then lead, later in the campaign, to the "alliance" between the two to form a common front against the Japanese invasion, as it happened in reality. I would be down for that :)

Dear Aristocrats, can we expect next dlc before PC2 release?!? Now that PC2 Devs has started Diary we could loose interest about OOB... ;)
