Did they break Fireflies?

Post by Chub86 »

After the last update my Sherman Fireflies have movement value of 3. It's lower then Churchill.
Was it intensional or a mistake?

Sounds like a bug. Thanks for reporting.

Fireflies should have a movement value corresponding to all the other Sherman variants, apart from the Jumbos. The bulk of them were modified from the Sherman V/M4A4.

The movement points (mp) for Firefly should be 3 x 2 = 6

Didn't work for me.
Update came when I was in the middle of the mission, so I thought it will fix in the next one, but it did not.
I guess regular Shermans will have to do :)

It seems you dit not understand.
movement points in 6.1.7 = (movement points in 5.3.0) x 2
For M4A1 & A2 Sherman Britian it's Ok, but Firefly has the old movement points from 5.3.0. not corrected (X2).

Fixed for next patch. Sexton and Bishop were also affected I believe.

Are there Fireflies in the Sandstorm campaign and if yes, does that significantly impact the campaign?

Sherman Firefly, available = 27/12/43.
On 13 May 1943, the Afrika Korps surrendered, along with all other remaining Axis forces in North Africa.
