He's got them up here, at the top of the map. Heh, case in point about "Graphics - observation from an old dude"!

Re: Erik's Battle of the Bulge Series
There's going to be a problem with these triggers, too, I believe.
This one does not address any of your objectives and would not fire because it must have a Capture VP Event at the Scenario Turn Limit which is unlikely:
This one takes care of your Shermans secondary objective but you have nothing to take care of your Hellcats and Priests objectives:

BATTLE OF THE ROADBLOCKS
Nah mate it's not working for me, look I bought a mobile flak to deal with the American flying circus but there are no deployment hexes to put it here or anywhere else on the map and I'm so distraught that I need a cup of hot sweet tea and a lie down..

Re: Erik's Battle of the Bulge Series
One last thing on that Shermans trigger. If you set it to look for Core Units, I bet it will not fire at all. The American have no core units in this scenario:

Re: Erik's Battle of the Bulge Series
Okay I got it. First I had to figure out how you had 4 CP in order to purchase that vehicle; you must have not placed the one core German infantry unit that he gives you or you already lost it.
Anyway, what I was pointing at above were the initial deployment hexes. Subsequent purchases can only be placed on certain hexes during the scenario; ground units adjacent to cities, air units near airfields, and naval units in ports.
In this case, you need to take one of the towns and wait until it is fully under your control (the flag is all the way up the pole) before you can place your purchased unit. As you can see here, I am ready to go:

Re: Erik's Battle of the Bulge Series
By the way, Erik (Heh, don't you just love me? I can hear you grinding your teeth all the way from Norway. ) here are some more things, if I may.
First, these two triggers for not losing Panzers or Artillery are not going to work. The reason is, you have them set up so that, if you DO lose any of those units, the objectives are completed. I don't think that is what you have in mind. What you want to do perhaps is to have those objectives checkmarked (achieved) from the start and only fail them when you do lose one tank or gun:
Lastly, and because I don't want to give away any spoilers, German stuff on D3, Waffen spawn: the units. Intentional? There was some of that during the battle, if I recall correctly.

Thanks, Bru. Looks like this scenario was rushed out of the manufacturing plant
Fixed and updated link in first post.

Re: Erik's Battle of the Bulge Series
Ah, the Bru audit
Fixed objectives.
The spawned unit is correct, one of Skorzeny's commando units. I have replaced it with a para unit since it arrives in a no-supply location.

Re: Erik's Battle of the Bulge Series
Stupid question time- this is the "third in the Bulge series"; I think the second is "Roadblocks", but what's the first and where can I download it?

Re: Erik's Battle of the Bulge Series
Wait, wait, how many are there in the Bulge series? I'm losing track..
Re: Erik's Battle of the Bulge Series
4 single player scenarios have been released. I have altogether 10 on my list.
Re: Erik's Battle of the Bulge Series
I'm getting super tempted to try these scenarios... Would you compile them into a campaign in the end when all 10 are released?

RACE FOR BASTOGNE
I just played it for the first time and quit on turn 10 because I didn't stand a chance (sniffle).
Firstly the map was too gigantic for my taste, I prefer short sharp scens where we can play the same way as we make love- quickly, brutally, decisively, but I thought I'd give it a go anyway, but the US air force simply kept picking off my spearheads like flies and I ground to a halt about one third of the way across the map. Suggestion- we need mobile flak units in our initial deployment so throw out about 4x artillery units and replace them with mobile flaks, not the useless towed stuff which is hopeless at keeping up with the spearheads.
As regards armour, jerry only had a Panther and a Stug, and as I'm a tank nut I was sulking like crazy because tanks were invented to make war more fun so the more the merrier!
(Incidentally the objective pointers for the southern bridges are wrong, my engineers plonked a bridge on both pointers but I never got a green tick for objectives achieved.)
Also, the Fw190 is not in the Force list, I only spotted it by accident tucked away in the top right corner)
But the main reason I came unstuck was that there are 22 Specialisations in the scen, and as I'm a vanilla player I hadn't a clue what was going on, at least that's my excuse..
