rockets - buttons not working

Playing as USSR, normal difficulty with version 1.50.
Open Voshkod. "There is no rocket for this, do you want to open a rocket programme?"
Okay, it takes me to rocket programme screen. Voshkod rocket selected.
"Management screen" or "mission screen"? Neither button responds when clicked on.
This error is reproduced on reload and replay.

Previous versions, sometimes the "management screen" button didn't work, but the "mission screen" button did, so we could get back to it eventually, I kept forgetting to report it. But in this case, neither works, so I have to close the game, go back to the saved game and find another way to do it.
