New Build is Here!

The new build V.06B is here with the following patches
* 4 VPs: Forest, Woensdrecht, Hoogerheide (back to original tile), Watchtower near Woensdrecht.
* Changed Marsh tile so infantry speed is reduced. I think this will be enough instead of find someone to script a special Bogged Down tile/overlay.
* Changed Tank traps so now HMG's and AT guns can push into these tiles But Push still can't still be used in Marsh tiles. Such heavy weapons should be able to move in March tiles, but High vegetation is no problem.
* About half of the Germans got Para uniforms and have have a mix of Elite and Veteran experience. German Engineers are veterans along with some of the regular German infantry. All VG have no experience.
* The Canadians are now named Canadian, not British.
* The Canadian infantry is a mix of Veteran and no experience. All tanks are Veterans, no transport have experience.
* Scenario length now 19 turns.
* Added some details to the map, like street lights, extra cars and some shop fronts to the houses.
