Germany At War Patch 1.05 is now available.

Today we are happy to share with you that Germany At War, the approachable and historical Eastern Front strategy title developed by Phobetor, is now patched to version 1.05. This patch fixes a number of issues, fine tuning the game more than ever before. Other than these fixes and changes, patch 1.05 includes several new additions, including a whole new multiplayer map!

• Display for rail transport line and obstacles that hinder it if a unit can be transported
• German manual
• Multiplayer map Smolensk 1941

Changed
• Difficulty setting 'very hard' -50 resources for the AI
• Button text and title in HQ for attaching units (German language)
• German name of support units is now 'Unterstützungsverband' or short 'USV'

Fixed
• Rail movement did not work
• Several deployment issues:
• AI did not deploy on hexes that were hidden in FOW
• AI was able to deploy units onto river/sea hexes, which cannot move onto these
• AI was able to deploy units onto mountain hexes, which cannot move onto mountains
• User was able to deploy units onto mountain hexes, which cannot move onto mountains
• Crash in the combat protocol due to insufficient memory
• Possible moves of an attacking unit did not update after an enemy was destroyed
• Restarting a campaign scenario with pending units adds them again (von altair)
• Several typos in German texts

Fixed: Missing image in German Husky message

Operation Barbarossa
• Vyazma:
Added: Deploy hexes south of Smolensk
Fixed: Objective in scenario Vyazma could lead to crash if German language was turned on (IronCross)

• Volokolamsk:
Added: Deploy hexes in the south

Multiplayer
• Zitadelle
Changed: Removed old timeline for Germany and changed victory conditions
Added: After 20 turns it ends as draw
