Crash when tanks explode?

Crash when tanks explode?

During h2h I have had 2 crashes when playing h2h. The crashes occur when tanks explode
I has happened during an airstrike and panzerfaust kill.
Anyone else had the same problem? Found a sollution to it?

Same here when the tank exploded.

Is it at the end of battle? Did the tank getting destroyed possibly cause a force morale drop to end the battle?
