_[BUG] rev ?!! [Menu][Gameplay] Altering who has first move

I was playing a solo game with the scenario Battle of the Standard 1138 and its default position is that the English have first move. I wanted to change this so the Scots moved first and I clicked the appropriate box to do this but when the battle screen came up the English still had first move. Perhaps this feature needs checking to make sure it is working OK?
