Again this is too vague, please make specific suggestions what should be changed about Romania
Okay, I'll go back to the books, study the campaign closely and I'll come up with a suggestion

And please take game balance into account. Sticking to the books is fine but not of much help if the mod we're trying to complete has a whole lot of randomness going on.

Romania: my suggestion is to reduce the troop concentration in Iasi to one Inf in the city, one cav and one Gar as covering troops, and reduce the city's PP to 7

( the region was disregarded during the German campaign as unimportant and there is no indication of significant Romanian troop presence there)

is it normal central power do not produce PP each turn?

Hi, I think it would be interesting to put a harbour in Canary Islands and also put the borders of spanish Sahara. If Spain switches to CP, it may be an event for using this port by CP, like happened in IIWW with Vigo.

I have tried to do by myself, but I don't know how to change borders and hexe's type of terrain. Do you know? I you teach me, I'll do it.

@Lehnardtsson: nations have to pay production points for maintenance for units already built or under construction. You can access that info via the management screen. Maybe in your game CP have reached their limit after building too many units?

@Kossatx:
Spain joining CP? I've never seen that happening, even with all the randomness from the events I've built in.

Ok thanx indeed I have to pay high maintenance... but on the other hand I am highly behind historical outcome....

Another point Sweden joined CP in one of the first turns, I had to reload to avoid this situation. Maybe Entente attacked one boat or something similar...

@Lehnardtsson: This mod includes a lot of "what if" scenarios that can be randomly triggered. Don't expect the game to go "by the book". In your case the event "Von Essen Strike" has occurred:

From the PDf-reference:

VON ESSEN STRIKE

Conditions
Either “Russian Surprise Attack” has occurred or 8% chance on the turn Russia declares war on CP.

Effect
The Swedish Pre-Dreadnought is sunk.
Swedish alignment is set to between 0 and 2 (very close to joining CP).
US alignment is shifted 1D5 toward CP.
Russian admiral Von Essen is added to the Russian Baltic dreadnought.

Event text:
"Convinced that Sweden would join the Central Powers anyway, Russian admiralty orders a preemptive strike against the Swedish fleet laying in port. Four Swedish costal defence battleships have been sunk. The shocked Swedish nation rallies around its king, preparing for war."

I started a game vs AI with me playing as Allies. I just bought couple of French corps units and by turn 9 or so, France showed a -50 in the PP chart, not being able to repair units damaged, let alone to buy new ones. Is this so?

I'm playing last version.

Uhm...no, this is not right. I'll have to re-check that again. If you could send me the logfile or a savegame that would be very helpful though.

Hi again,

Robotron, is it possible in your MOD to put convoys for minor countries to represent belgian, dutch, portuguese or even spanish colonies?

If a convoy is defined for a country, the convoy only spreads if the country is at war?

Only countries at war can receive convoys.

I'm not sure adding convoys to Spain or Netherlands is a good thing and they are almost never at war anyway. Give me a good reason from a play-balance point of view and I might change my mind.

Some news about the next update:

- Germany and AH received some bonus PP, Russia lost about 15
- all manpower gain per turn doubled from 1915 onward
- cavalry cost reduced from 25 to 20 but extra vulnerable to infantry (not garrisons) with "industrial warfare" tech
- infantry PP upkeep raised from 4 to 5
- winter effect stops at y-coordinate 51
- all non-arab units suffer from moving and fighting in dunes and deserts (British units will have a "Desert Pipeline" event to counter this around 1916), dunes are more severe than deserts
- 33% extra damage for units that fail to retreat
- special event for Germany to unlock "assault tactics" by tech-breakthrough (two or more infantry tech labs needed once "flamethrowers" and "creeping barrage" are unlocked)

Kaiserschlacht event:

Conditions
Russia has surrendered and France is still fighting.
“German Army exhausted” has not yet occurred and Germany has less than 10 collapse points.
The winter season has passed.
German morale is at least 25.
Germany holds at least 6 hexes in either Belgium and/or France.
Germany has unlocked “Assault Tactics” and “Creeping Barrage” techs.
Either Ludendorff or Von Hutier are stationed in Belgium or France.

Effect
Every German infantry in the West will be restored to full strength.
Every German infantry in the West will receive 50-100 extra experience points
Every German infantry in the West of at least veteran rank will be upgraded with “Assault Tactics” tech for free.
If Paris is still under Entente control, a German Railroad Gun will spawn at Dortmund.

The offensive will last for at least 3 turns or as long as Germany is able to conquer new hexes in France.
Every conquered French hex will raise German morale and lower French and British morale.

If no more hexes are conquered a roll of D100 must be higher than the number of the current gameturn multiplied by either 1, 1.5 or 2 depending on whether Paris and/or Verdun are still under Entente control.

If the roll is lower the offensive ends:
Germany will suffer two collapse points and suffer a morale loss of double its number of collapse points.

I couldn't find the way to attach the file on the post. It said "not allowed extension" all the time.
