MY FRIEND CANT PLAY

Me and my friend are both playing on iPad. Whenever he plays as entente he sees all my units and is unable to move. This has been going on for a while and we are very frustrated.

Is this happening with all multiplayer games you both start? Does it happen when playing against other players?

i met his friend, any game in 1914 scenario, me as cp he as entente in 1914 couldnt even start

its bonded to ios version (or ios vs pc), which looks impossible to solve, as long as one version is 1.64 and second is 1.66
(im surprised its happening ios vs ios too, which should be fine, ive played many games in 1.64, stucked just in few)

If I'm not mistaken 1.66 was not set up for ipad, it maybe that 1.66 is pc only, I think that's what nehi is saying, keep in mind I don't play ios, ipad only pc. nehi plays this game a lot, so if he says that ios 1.66 is good, then it is good. If both players have different versions (meaning one or the other has not updated to latest version) they will be incompatible in the MP lobby..

Yes indeed that is strange..! Do you know for certain that both of you have the same version? Or did either one of you make any script changes from stock data? Another possibility is the game was corrupted during the initial download by one or the other. It would be nice if Slitherine support would chime in on your dilemma..

then its just another one with such problem, ive played "tycool", he tried like 4 times to start as entente, but we could play just reverse match, he told me he has ipad/ios version 1.64

kinda strange is, that sooner ive played some games vs ipaders, usually it crashed later, this even wont start

yes, but ive played during last year vs ipaders, it wasnt stucked in the very begining like its now (usually it crashed randomly later)

both versions are still the same, pc 1.66 vs 1.64 ios, so what else can be different?

on top of that, tyro and his friend both have 1.64 ios

If there's a crash I could offer to have a look at the logfile (assuming that the crash is caused by something in the scripts and not the engine itself).

Tyro, you better take this offer up, for the devs have all but abandoned this game (of course they want to take your money)..
