Can you try the page down key and see if that works better?

Re: Field of Glory Reader 2.0.3 available!
Hello and thank you for your attempt to create an eBook of your game rules.
IMO, the PDF reader's interface is easier than your current system. However, I can handle it easily enough.
Additionally, there is some lag. The lag is severe enough to hamper the game play at a tourney. Perhaps if you can, try breakng up your eBook into several smaller documents: say one doc per chapter and an interface layer. I'm pretty sure that smaller, individual documents would make load and seeking times a little faster.
As has been said earlier, there should be a search feature like most electronic documents readers.
However, this is not all bad news. I'm eager to see more army books, for example. I personally want "Swords and Scimitars", as well as "Storm of Arrows".
Thank you.

When I looked at the shop it looked as though FoG AM v2 was only available for purchase as a printed book. Did I miss something or is it no longer possible to buy an e-version of the rules for tablet, pc or mac?
