Mixed Nationality Corps troops allowed

Post by pugsville »

I'd always thought that in a mixed nationality corps all the maximums were reduced in line with allied corps. Maxiuma with out a min of one unit after being 1/3ed are halfed. BUt reading the Mixed Nationality thing it's not mentioned.

Is this true?

for exmpale taking an Austrian army of Bohemia in a mixed nationaly can you take Jagers (max 4 bases in the list) or or are they mofied like an allied corps?

The only restrictions are those for each individual division based on the lists used. All other minima are reduced to zero and the maxima are like any other allies where you can still get the maximum (as stated in the E&E errata).

In my army, my Austrian division comprises of a small AD Jaeger, a small PD landwehr and a small AD HC with artillery attachment. This fits in with the restrictions for a light division.

Personally I'd prefer to have the sort of thing you said. The lead nation at least should have some minima. This list is just a little too pick 'n' mix.
