Warfare 2015 14/15 November 2015
Hi all,
I am delighted to announce that the website is now open for entries for Warfare 2015.
Go to http://www.wargamesassociationreading.c ... ns-24.html and click on the relevant ticket-link down the right hand side. We have two new competitions this year, Drop Zone Commander and Firestorm Armada, and the welcome return of Saga, which means that places may be limited and any competitions that don't fill up will have their spare seats allocated to competitions where there is excess demand. So, please, please get your entries in early - don't (as we have had in previous years) book your hotel and travel arrangements early to get a cheap deal, but leave the actual Warfare entry assuming you will be able to get in - you may not!! We will refund cancellations up to 1 November 2015, so you will not lose out if you book and then SWMBO changes your plans for you.
I am also delighted to announce that we are being sponsored by the good folks at K R Multicase this year and there will be prizes (of their fanastic figure carrying-cases) for 1st - 3rd in each comp.
FOG competitions this year are:
1/ FOG 15mm Cross and Crescent 750pts 18 players (this will be played on 5' by 3.5' tables)
2/FOG 15mm Dragon, Sphinx and Jaguar 750 pts 14 players (this will be played on 5' by 3.5' tables)
3/ FOG 25mm Any army post 500ad 650 pts 10 players (this will be played on 6' wide but possibly variable depth tables)
4/FOG R 15mm Theme TBA 800pts 28 players
5/FOG N 15mm Waterloo 200! Any army list from 1815, must contain at least 20 bases of conscript or poor troops points TBA 8 players (this will be played on 6' wide but Warfare's traditional possibly variable depth tables)
Cheers,
Tim Child

Hello Tim, most of the right hand side links work but the two 15mm FOGAM links seem broken?

Re: Warfare 2015 14/15 November 2015
Thanks to everyone who has sent me their list so far, it is really helpful if I don't have to do everyone all in the space of a week. The 25mm crew are very much on top of their game - just two to go there!
I am having a few days break for the kids half term, so if anyone does have a list that they are just sitting on, it would be really nice if you could get them in to me sooner rather than later. Deadline is 30 October.
Cheers all,
Tim Child

Does anyone have an email address for David Baynham? I don't, and I haven't had a list from him, so I suspect that he hasn't got my email address either.
Ditto Richard Collins?

4 Ealy Zhou
3 Urartians
2 Sea Peoples
It's like a wargamers' version of the 12 days of Christmas!
On the other hand, it does make the list-checking easier ...
