While it's great to see that they actually started a new project that covers new theatres of war, I honestly wished that they would keep the IMO aesthetical more convincing 2D style, and be it just for the sake of this game series' artifical unbrokenness.

My only issue with UOC is that all the divisions even infantry constantly try to cut the supply lines
Its simply a bit too easy to launch attacks
I beat a guy at Kursk by just using my Russian infantry to go round his flanks
That just isn't going to happen unless they have prepped an attack
Don't know how you sort that one

It hasn't been announced yet, I think beta testing should start in 2-3 months from now.

The graphic reminds me a little about Panzer General 2, but maybe it's just my impression.
I hated that graphic and I like this one.

Devs are creating a campaigns now, so the game will probably be in the testing phase after the summer vacation.

It's outstanding for me, at this point, the UoC 2 beats the new Panzer Corps 2 in my eyes, this is the game I'm looking for the most - when will the Beta tests begin ???

as far as i know, there with new publishers, so no longer on here, so can't comment on the beta part tbh
