Dneper/Donbas

Anyone been able to achieve a brilliant victory yet? I've come within a turn once or twice, but that's an infinity, it seems... Often I have trouble winning outright.

The best I can do is 8 turns for a decisive victory...

Eight turns is my best so far, too. Haven't tried using any Stavka resources yet, though, so that might help a bit.

The major problem is weather... things are looking OK in turn 4, and then you get stuck in the mud.

Got it!! No Stavka help, either.

The key elements:
1. get at German supplies - cut off Dneprepetrovsk asap, cut the bridge at Kremenchug, and then hit the Cherkasy supply depot as soon as possible.
2. line the big mechanize infantry unit up for use on Melitopol at the end – don't waste it on anything else earlier.
3. play right on the edge of supply as much as possible
