UPD: beta 2 is out and includes this hot fix too, so it is no longer needed.

I still have this scenario crashing after 1 turn and cant get past it. I have a clean download of beta 3. has this problem reoccured after beta 2 fix?

This sounds like a completely different problem. Which scenario is crashing for you? Does it crash on your turn or AI turn? Can you send me a save prior to crash (rudankort@rsdn.ru)?
