I think so!. I am having fun balancing the ballistic and attack submarines for every nation! :)
The Russian campaign will include much more naval battles than the previous chapter.

But for now I will take a month break for MdC, as I am adding more content for the Soviet Storm mod. :)

Indeed... The attack subs against the "boomers" in a deadly undersea combat! Thank you PzCorps v1.31!! Think about "The Hunt for Red October"... :-)

And yes... You will find more icons for Soviet Storm mod... I suppose you know where.

Horacio, you are the best! :-)

I am taking a month or two free from MdC.
I need to decompress my mind to gain motivation again :). So far I made 10 scenarios (terrain only) for the Russian Campaign.

For the moment I working in version 1.9 for Eastern Front: Soviet Storm which will include many surprises that I will post soon.

Best regards,
Akkula.

Thank You Akkula,
I have been waiting forever for a modern war game/mod in this turn based format. The units look great, and its a blast using the helicopters and jets. Love everything you have posted so far, and looking forward to the Russian campaign!

In the DMP Pacific mod, some of the planes can use the switch button to use bombs or torpedoes. Maybe that can be utilized for the F16 to switch between missiles (air to air) or bombs for ground attack. That would clear up at least a few versions.

The Switch button idea was discarded on purpose: for me it would be unrealistic to equip an aircraft on air.
So I decided to separate them into different units with the same cost, so the upgrade costs 0. So, at the start of any battle you can choose how to equip your fighters, I think it makes sense.
Why the have few ground attack values?, cause that would overlap with the helicopters which are the real ground unit killers. Maybe I could slightly increase the fighters GA, I have to test.

Thanks for your kind words Bokk, I hope the mod can deliver to you some fun :)

Akkula.

Hey man, I really appreciate the offer. I think I'll wait until the weekend to brave it again. Basically I've downloaded both of the files at the head of this thread and then also the GME. When installing the GME it wants you to change the target directory to the MOD folder in the Panzer Corps game folder. When I change it to that folder it gives me some nonsense about the destination folder. I've followed the instructions but I'm unsure with that. Its Windows 8.1 x64, not even sure why its so difficult outside of my neurons firing slowly!

Thank you again, I really appreciate it, I love this game and would love to install and play the modern version you've created, its amazing!

Even cross checked victory conditions in the Editor, should all be fine.
Cheat Code endscn #0 also didnt work... any ideas anyone??

Hi rivvendarke!.
Thanks for your words, I am glad you are enjoying the mod :)
Very strange about the scenario 4 :S. I will have to look into it because I never had issues with it.
Regarding the cheat code (which it was going to be my suggestion), this is the correct syntax:
endscn 0
without the #

Thanks again, and good luck with your battles!.

Akkula.

Почему не кто не делает мод на этот актуальный конфликт ? Все же считаю он лучше любой сказки в стиле Тома Кленси

Why not who does the mod on this current conflict ? Still think he's better than any fairy tale in the style of Tom Clancy

That is a good question :P
When I took I break from this project months ago I didn´t think I was about to get enchanted again by the Eastern Front. Now that I am about to release 1.95 I will start to work in the new big scenario for the mod... and I believe I will try to slowly go back to Modern Conflicts. I have the Russian campaign pending (along a lot of new units) and I wish to finish of course, my only enemy is free time which I have not.
Dont worry, sooner or later you will see some news around here. Rest assured this project IS NOT DEAD.

Akkula.

Hi Akkula,

Fantastic game, congrats!

But I do not understand why you have three times the F-16 C with different stats in NATO equipment file. Shouldn't you change the Falcon's versions as new names ?
