I took the liberty to mod the equipment file and add some icons for the new SS units, make the Kradschützen switchable to dismounted versions and added the FIeseler Storch. Feel free to include that. The icons are all from this forum. Some I designed by combining other units and they all have working animations.

Hi Nico,
I have been playing Sealion and have just completed Coventry and before that Oxford. I was under the impression that Super Rudel appeared in one of these games. I have deployed The original Rudel in both games all be it I up graded him to a Me110 as per a number of suggestions in the Forum. Since he has not appeared am I doing something wrong?

Rudel never appeared in the official expansion.
I posted it in the general thread as a tweak and as part of the Sea Lion package in the first page of this thread.

I found a serious problem in your equipment file (version 21). Some equipment IDs are duplicate:

1017 - M4 Sherman and SE M4 Sherman
5196 to 5206 - various German and Italian units (5202 is used thrice)

This causes problems in the game - some units that should be available aren't.

ID #5200 is still duplicate - Belgian Renault R.35 and Italian SE Re.2000 (it's easy to find duplicate entries using Excel). Everything else is OK.

Btw thank you for your enormous amount of work that makes this game so much better :)

As i mentioned somewhere, i have been playing some DLC 39-40 scenarios with an Italian core just for the fun of it.

Anyone who wishes to experience the same endeavour, i posted a first version.

Version 1 of the Italians go Grand Campaign
GC39.rar
Some DLC scenarios playing with an Italian core army

Backup the GC39 folder before extracting and overwriting. Start this campaign by chosing the DLC39 from the campaign list.

The mod comes with the latest e-file from my update project, in order to receive Italian SE units.

Your Italian core army will participate in these scenarios:
1) Poznan
2) Danzig Corridor North
3) Danzig Corridor South
4) Piatek
5) Wyszogrod
6) Modlin
7) Warsaw North or Warsaw South (choice)
8 ) Spoils of War (optional)
9) Oslo
10) Lillehammer
11) Eben-Emael
12) Albert Canal

Scenario briefings have not been changed but victory condition splash screens are up-to-date for the Italians.
Don't take this mod (too) seriously, it has been a fun experience so far to have a go with the Italians in these scenarios.

I would like to ask you something... I would like to play the Grand Campaign 39 extended (and then the following campaigns), but adding the Kriegsmarine as a new nation... I tried editing the Poznan Scenario as a test adding Italy as a new nation, but the game do not allow me to buy Italian units, saying that there are not unit slots available (Using the scenario editor I added Italy as a Nation in the Axis side, enable the "Share Flags" option, and even change one German flagged hex for an Italian one in one of the starting cities, but no positive result...)
Any advice?

In campaign.pzdat file, add Italy as player nation
Default is 0 (Germany).
Change that to 0,5 (Germany and Italy)

Some derived questions: 1) Is it necessary to edit the campaign.dat file for the GC40 (and the following campaigns) if you want to keep Italian units (or from just any new nation you want to add) in the saved core? 2) Can a third nation be added in the campaign.dat file, for example: Gemany, Italy, Vichy France?

1)Yes, if you want to keep purchasing Italian units.
2)Yes, up to five nations.
