This was the most important inspiration for Panzer Fury and its successor War of the World - so seeing it be abandoned is quite sad! It has accomplished one really important thing - the concept of very large maps encompassing the whole of Europe (though I have edited the concept now so that the "global map generation" has begun [and the alternate-timeline gen.])

According to the boards statistics Chris10 last visited the boards at 04 Jan 2013. That's almost one and a half year without logging in now. I am afraid nothing will happen to the mod anymore. I hope he is well at least. It seems a bit strange to suddenly and totally lose interest in a project he put so much time and effort into.

Does Slitherine plan to publish an Panzer Corps Red Army DLC, like the Allied one?
It seems like they left icon space on it in the last start menu screen.

Yes Slitherine is planing to release a Soviet Corpse expansion but there is no ETA for it and it may take quite a while as big part of the Panzer Corps Team is busy at the moment with Warhammer 40k.

Sadly this mod was never completed, but there is Akkula's 'Soviet Storm', which is available and is very good.

Don't know about an official 'Soviet Corp', but I would like to see it happen.

Looks really, really cool. I'd def play it, and would def throw you some money via patreon or what have you. Heck PC should have it as a downloadable add on
