Sorry to say, but you have wrong composition - and good unit composition and unit management is a critical asset to earn the victories.
You can sell units at the deployment mode with the button "d". Do not forget to refill the strength with green replacement before the selling, otherwise you will not get the whole price for it.

Of course, other compositions can be also ideal, my is, after the deployment :
- 4x tanks (3x M14/41, 1x "temporal" Char-1b -> only green replacement, will be sold at El-Agheila)
- 3x Inf (2x motorized Alpini, 1x mot. Bersaglieri)
- 8x Arty (4x 105mm -> 3 of the will be upgraded later to Semoventes, 4x 149mm)
- 2x Breda light AA
- 7x MC.200 fighters
- 2x Ju87R bombers
- 2x Cant Z heavy bombers
- Light Cruiser

Only 2 tanks
4-5 infantry units
About 3 artillery pieces
4-5 fighters
5-6 tactical bombers
1 as unit
1 strategic bomber

How do I get rid or sell back units? I never have used that option

Anything else?

Looks like you've lost a lot of units in previous battles. You should have 29 units in total for Bessarabia. You can "sell" units by disbanding them in the deployment phase of scenario.Just click-select unit you want to sell, then pres d on your keyboard and you will be asked if you want to disband a unit, select "yes" and you will get the prestige.
My core for Bessarabia was:

6 infantry units
6 tanks, including Char-1 bis
5 pieces of artillery
6 fighters
5 tactical bombers, including Breda Ba 88 and Fiat CR 25 which can be used to kill crippled enemy air units
1 strategic bomber

Did you fulfill the scenario circumstances? First you have to capture objectives with the Paracudisti units, as stated in the briefings/in-game message. This will allow the placement of the core units.

Sorry for that, it has been already reported, it's a bug. You should download the new, 1.91 version, where I fixed this. Than you have to play from the last save, before the first Greek scenario. Or if you do not want to replay the scn (which I can understand, because it is a real hard one), I can make a Greek 2 scenario with an additional core Light Cruiser - but in that cause, only the xp can be replaced, the kill, which generates later heroes, cannot be added.

Hi,

I can't find the North Afrika download? I am playing the game without the maps installed and it doesn't look that good without the desert.

You do not need anymore since v1.9 the DMP's north Africa graphics pack, as the desert scenarios use the vanilla desert graphics.
You want to say, you do not like the vanilla desert graphics?! :)
...and you already asked this on 9th April. :D
Or something else is happened?

Hi uh,

I have the game installed and I don't have any desert graphics. In N. Africa it's all green and on some of the scenarios the airfield tiles don't show up, if they do show up its in various places, mountains are not mountains and it happens in other situations with mis-labeled tiles.
Not sure of what I have going on?
I get confused with the folder locations on this game between the my documents folder and the you have folders in the program folder.

What should I do with the game now?
Thanks for helping

Did you use a clean PzC version and installed the v1.91 on it? I again checked the mod files with this method and everything works fine. Even, already pre-desert scenarios (Mareth, Tug Argan) have desert tiles, so it has to work. It seems, you have some mix of files in your directories. I do not know the file structure of the steam version, in the normal version you have the game files in the game folder and only the saves and replays are stored elsewhere in a Windows my document, or so folder.
I recommend, that in worst cause you can also make a copy from a clean PzC version and simply overwrite the files with the IC files and play it so.
Please report back, how the cause has been sold!

Hello,

thank you,I'm happy you like the campaign!
I'm right now working in Germany and I do not have my PC with me. But this will change soon - than I play/test the rest of the scenarios and than it will be released. :)

What are your experiences? On what difficulty level do you pkay. You can write some details about your fights for the New Roman Empire! ;)

Hi guys,

I will have my PC in Aug., so, after I played/tested the rest of the "winning path" scenarios, Part II will be finished and publised in late August. Part III - the "defense/loosing path" - when it's done. :D

Hello, Uhu,
I'm here to write about my experiences with your excellent campaign. I've finally beaten Sidi Barrani, but I had to save-load a lot. I made a few loads in previous scenarios, but Sidi was a real save-load fest :D Which brings me to a certain point - I don't want to sound critical, but the odds the player faces in this scenario are just plain ridiculous :D . I get it you tried to make your campaign really hard, but maybe you've stepped too far? Of course it's just my humble opinion, you can safely ignore my ramblings :D . On the other hand I really enjoy all the detail you've put into units and historical info, pics. What I really like is that I need to stick to historical transport for my units. But why put so much work to make the campaign really feel historical, when your ideal army composition is so ahistorical? You have more tanks than infantry and twice the number of arty than tanks? Where's history in that? :) Again I don't want to sound sardonic, I'm really enjoying your mod despite my few reservations. Here hoping that 2nd part of the campaign will come soon :P

When selecting tanks, there is transport

When choosing artillery, repeated horse transport
