Unable to launch my turn in a multiplayer game
First of all, I am a newbie at the multiplayer version of panzer corps. I bought pzc allied corps and i'm now starting to use the multiplayer option. But, whenever it's my turn to play , i click on play, it appears a box saying "downloading game" that after a while disappears and nothing happens. The only turn i managed to play was on a challenge created by me.
what can i do ? i have at least two opponents active and waiting

is it a custom game your trying to play or a mod or something, as you mention it says waiting to download game (something) wrong with your firewall etc?

both custom and mod. one of them is selected from the multiplayer allied corps choice of scenario. what should i do with the firewall ?

How to get a DirectX Diagnostic file:
1. click on "START"
2. click "run"
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice
We prefer that DxDiag files be posted as message attachments rather than pasted into the body of the post.
once the report has been made, just attach it to your post with first adding the file to a zip, which is then permitted to attach to the forum.
lets take a look at your pc specs then i'll advice the correct o/s and hopefully give you more information on what may help you

the only thing this report points to is an old file causing an issue with windows and causing it to error out at a given time or moment, either disable the app or try and get a newer version

To remove TOSHIBA PC Health Monitor from your computer, please follow the manual instructions below or use an automatic uninstaller product.
Click the Windows Start Button. In Windows 8, look for Control Panel.
Click Control Panel.
Click Uninstall a program.
Look for TOSHIBA PC Health Monitor in the list of available programs.
Click Uninstall.
or visit the TOSHIBA site and see if there is a more up to date version if you prefer to still use it, once this has been sorted, see if this has any impact on the game running.
not all apps and programs are 100% windows 10 compatible and did you do a clean install of windows 10? or is it an upgrade?
if it's an upgrade, some programs may need reinstalling to setup the file permission correctly, you won't lose the game data, as uninstalling and reinstalling only takes away the game, not the saves etc, but back up first just in case, on a reinstall, install as admin with a right click on the game and make sure you install all of the pre requisites etc which it will ask when you install the game, and let it also setup the firewall for you to get out onto the net, and upgrade to the latest version, this should cure any issue your having.

I would also check if any of your Internet security programs isn't interfering with the connection between the game and the PBEM server.
Also, if you are connecting your system to the Internet using a Wi-Fi device, I suggest you to try with a network cable instead.

i managed to download and install the latest update to pzc and now it works
