Embedding YouTube videos no longer allowed??

Whenever I try to use the Video tag now to embed a video I always get a "Not enough characters in your message" error when try to post. Doesn't matter how long the post is, as soon as I embed a video tag it returns that error. What's up with that?

How the heck would that influence this? Embedding videos is not violation of anything.

It is, because personal data is sent to Google. But I doubt this is the reason. You can see a PHP error when trying to post videos.

Looks like they're running the near-latest php 7.x on an older phpbb that's not compatible with it. Maybe the php update broke it.
