Can I install mods on a jailed iPad?

Can I install mods on a jailed iPad?

I own PC Gold on both my iPad and Mac. Personally I highly prefer playing with my iPad lying comfortably on my sofa to playing on Mac sitting upright before a desk, so I hardly if ever touched the Mac version. Until I found some interesting mods and I can’t install them on my iPad :(
So, is there a way around? Really wish I had left my iPad at iOS 9 which can easily jailbreak.

I'd love to know the answer as well. I've played everything on the iPad at least twice, and would love to try the mods, but am not interested in desktop gaming.

As an alternative, does anyone have a recommendation on a touch screen Windows tablet that could run mods?
