With the debates about the best Artillery an Anti-Aircraft units lately I created a spreadsheet to answer the questions.

The 97% number was taken from a footnote in the paper proving the consensus on AGW. :)
There comes a time on every project when it is time to shoot the engineer and ship the damn thing.
