I'm tempted to say "Mike's Models" - including the horse (which I think you can't get any more - have to make do with modern Essex gee-gees).

Have a look under the base - if there's an "H" it might be from the Hinchliffe 10-12mm range from the late 1970s. Failing that, I'm at a loss.

The style reminds me of Gladiator Games, now owned by Black Hat. Unfortunately I can't find any suitable pictures for comparison.

Black hat pictures are hard to find, and I've never actually seen one in the flesh. But this one - from the scale creep gallery, does show some similarities
What is not clear is whether they are big or small miniatures
That said I doe actually like these BH ones - i like that characture style now. Which is why I'm trying to track down MMs!
