...the P&S format. The P&S experience is so well done and so robust, that it seems like a shoe in for the wars of the 18th Century. I figure starting with Frederick the Great's Seven Years War, eventually encompassing all other conflicts of that century.

I agree with both of you. That would be an instant buy for me. I'm waiting for a good turn-based 18th century war game for ages now. Hope dies last.
(Actually there are several late 17th/18th cent. scenarios made for P&S that give an impression of what could be possible.)
