Collection ww2 game (on ios

Hello all,
First, sorry for my bad english...

I always wonder why there is no pure collection games on PC or IOS ? Not even One! For me, a collection game is a game where you got some cards every day. The goal is to complete a collection. For example, you have to find all ww2 german tanks cards. For this, you could have random chest to open each day , you could get some by connecting, but the main way to get cards is to trade yours cards u got twice (or more) . The auction market would be the main interest in the game. There would be a lot of cards to get. Some could be very rare. Why not such a game?
