World War 1

Been playing CGTW the past year and a half at corps level. Would like to see A WW1 game at division level implementing the igougo system.

Hello Operating,

I'm not sure if you have seen End All Wars. It is a division-scale Grand Strategy WW1 game due for release later this year (currently set for the end of the month), although it works on the WEGO system, so your turns and your opponent's turns are simultaneous. Hello Joe!

It's been awhile since reading this section on game ideas. The difference between the CTGW model and TEAW model is: Actually conducting the attacks by individual units vs a computer generated battle the player never get's to see. Yes, in TEAW the player get's to build armies, but has no control over how a battle is fought, all one get's is a convoluted post battle AAR. At least in CTGW a player has the option to halt an attack and/or proceed . With TEAW it's like a runaway train...
