Can these about face while stationary? Can't find anything in the rules. If I've missed something please give page number.

Ta.

I'm not sure anyone has ever used them so maybe no-one knows!

Pete Dalby compiled a list of the rules related to Battle Wagons:

I think this thread contains all known wisdom on the subject.

Thanks. Very comprehensive but the only relevant comments were:
P57 Battle Wagons must pass a CMT to carry out any move, whether simple or complex.
P61 Turning 90 degrees. To be honest I struggled to understand this, but I think Battle Wagons struggle to turn 90 degrees in some circumstances.
My reading of P61 suggests that a 2x2 battle group can turn 90 degrees in to a 1x2 battle group (normal foot battle group). Single elements (if they exist - superior battle wagons?) and columns of battle wagons (unmixed foot) cannot turn as there aren't enough bases to match the original depth and they are excluded from forming a single element wide column.

Weird! One 90 degree turn is all you get with a 2x2 battlegroup and then it's "column" all the way but in either direction and if you start in column that's it!

Now back to my original question: the section on P61 on turning 180 degrees is brief and to the point. It allows the about face for everything. Obviously the battle wagons must pass a CMT.
