How to unlock individual scenarios?

Hi folks,
I've just finished playing the 'Mini Omaha' scenario as part of the Market Garden campaign, and decided to try it at a higher difficulty level.
Unfortunately I didn't save it properly at the start, so don't have a saved version to go back to. The auto save worked, but only by saving after that scenario was completed.
When I tried to use the back arrow to play it again, the message came up that the sequence is locked as I'm playing a 'carry over campaign'.
I was wondering if there is a way to turn this off, or is every campaign now a carry-over one by default?

Market Garden is a carryover campaign, yes. You cannot play scenarios out of order.
