for seeing the influences of different tactics and strategies on the nationale morale I like to play vs myself.
How can I create a second account and is it possible to play under the same IP and hard disk ?

I'm sorry but the game doesn't have a hotseat mode.
As far as I know, the only way is to buy another license, create a new account and install the second game in a different system.
