What is the current status of the SysTray Tool?

(The SysTray Tool, was a little downloadable program which would cause an icon to flash in one's Task Bar when one had a multiplayer turn ready to be played)

It has not been updated for the newer versions of the PBEM++ system. I have put it back on my tasklist to update, but I don't have a timeline for it at the moment I am afraid.
