Well, it's first to know such option exists.

In Japan, almost all of univercities and college's class lecuture are in Japanese, and most of students are in their late teens
and early twenties, it a bit rare to see elder generations students.

Humm, I guess if you are interested in Japan's colleges, I can help.
Though I guess you're interested in Europe and UK.

Well my qquestions have narrowed down to this: My ToK teacher didnt even want the job, and she has admitted to not knowing the subject. What books should I read as a supplement?

Excuse me, but what is ToK? Therory of Knowledge? Wow, what kind of class can teach things like this huge subject?

I checked dictionary, and cannot get the meaning.

As for the ToK teacher, I feel really sorry for that. For teacher herself and all of her students and their parents and schoolmasters
and taxpayers and states and united states.

Check that site out if you wish. It has a ToK study guide (basically a ebook). Plus it is written by a teacher that taught ToK for abut 8 years. Not to sure what else you can get though...

I am taking IB at a school in Canada if you want to know.

There's also an International Baccalaureate Diploma (IBD) in Corpus Christi (where I'm working now in an exchange program). Based on the Theory of Knowledge Course by Brian King too.

I have experience with this program. IB program provides an opportunity to think more widely and helps in determining the future path of development. In addition, most university selection boards prefer an international baccalaureate diploma to others (A-levels, for example). There are some requirements to do: this is high performance, primarily in mathematics (knowledge of which can be improved, as well as knowledge of English (IELTS 5.5 and TOEFL IBT 71). The program itself is focused on developing the skills of critical and analytical thinking, autonomy, initiative, self-organization, and social adaptation.
Also, you can find more info in this thread:
