About engineer, another choice is let them defend your supply line (scrap unit like to cut our line btw)

Escort fighter can retaliate multiple times (even more fighter just cause a little more damage), otherwise PC escorts just cause one each fighter (while provide more defense).

hey dont give up bro, i moved from panzer corps too and needed no less than 5 hours just to pass the first mission of blitzkrieg at nearly easiest difficult. The problem is, well, dont think as you did in panzer corps. And supply line is superior mechanic that even panzer corps 2 wants to follow.

Oh forgot to mention. You still need stuka in 2 last scen to complete second obj. And you can use them with fighter escort and AA to make a trap
