Thanks, enpi. We are in Early Access at this time and are working toward many of the improvements you mentioned.
The grievous diplomatic penalty for the capture of enemy capitals has already been mitigated, and will undergo a second fine-tuning.

All realms have naval potential. Annex a province with a Harbor in it. Most realms may then purchase naval units. Some realms (such as dwarves and orcs) may simply move their units to sea to convert them to armed transports.

Be sure you send in a crash report with a description of what happened.
Specifically to point 4, a saved game from a previous version of the game will not be compatible, and this may be what you are seeing here. For example, a saved game from EA 1.3 will not be compatible with 1.6.

Roll Up is currently a bug and not functioning. It'll get fixed.

Lots of great feedback here. Many of these are bugs/tasks that we have on our list. I'll touch on a few that may warrant further explanation. We are at present converting the game to OpenGL, which has a far simpler system for handling task switching, which is the issue you seem to be having. Keep posted!

Hmm, I'm able to cast Prosperous Growth in Myrmont provinces. Is it possible that you have some other effect active in your realm/provinces?

Check your current province economies. Prosperous Growth will not increase economy beyond max.

As your units gain medals, medals awarded become rarer and rarer. The game tries to keep an equilibrium of awards so that awards remain special. - Spells don't seem to be worth much? As Hadrigel there's a spell to pick on elite human unit to have cost no upkeep, seems it's only ONE unit for spell? Can only have 5 spells? Hard to tell, but only 5 slots and can't learn any more. Can you unlearn a spell to free a slot to learn a different one?...
