Bug/Annoyance - News Graphics

Hi Guys, I realise that this is a lower priority, but can we please find a few graphics to replace some of the ones in the news feed for the Russians? While there is a good picture featuring Gene Kranz and Chris Kraft(?) in Mission Control, wouldn't a picture of Sergei Korolov be more appropriate? O...

Bug/Annoyance - Launch Failure at Launch Prep Stage

Hi Guys, Just had a Mission Failure because of a problem at the Launch Preparation stage. Now I don't think this is a Bug per se, but it is certainly frustrating to be hammered with a Mission Failure because of this AND lose reliability on my Hardware. Had this been a manned launch I would have been...

Bug - Russian Mission Window marked as GSA

Hi Guys, Only just noticed this but the window around the mission control screen where you view the graphic clips is marked as "GSA" instead of USSR (or CCCP which is Cyrillic for USSR). Well it certainly was when I flew this particular Vostok sub-orbital "boilerplate" mission. Save attached. Cheers...

Re: Feature - PKA Joint Orbital

Hi Guys,

Well I'll be - just must have missed it or not realised it was there, but that was exactly what I meant.

Thanks Guys.

Cheers!

Bug - Reliability below zero due to Random Event

Hi Guys, Just had my brand spanking new R7 8K72 'Luna' rocket program get a reliability factor of: - 0.9%! (That is MINUS 0.9%) Now I can tell the Random Event that caused it probably worked as it was supposed to, but my issue, apart from a negative reliability, is that whatever the cause, the relia...

Annoyance/Suggestion - Goals in Campaign

Hi Guys, I have been playing the Soviet Campaign recently and have noticed that there are no specific Goals other than a comparison of "what the other guy is doing". I think that there should also be specific short term Goals like in the GSA Campaign along the lines of "Khrushchev has demanded 'some...

Feature - PKA Joint Orbital

Hi Guys, Launched a successful PKA Joint Orbital and I noticed that there was only one PKA in the Joint Orbital Graphics. Now I am fully aware that at the time the Soviets claimed it was a Rendevous but the USA proved it couldn't have been since the Spacecraft were on different cross orbitals, but t...

Bug - Goals Achieved not displaying

Hi Guys,

Been playing a while now and achieved several goals, but they don't seem to be displaying on
the Manage Programs area.

Bug - PKA Joint Orbital Mission

Hi Guys, On the Mission Debrief screens, Steps 1-11 only display data for the same Cosmonaut, even though steps 7-11 are a separate launch. Step 12 is Joint Orbital (OK so the Soviets initially "called it" rendevous) where both Cosmonauts are displayed, and then the appropriate Cosmonaut is linked t...

Bug - PKA Overwritten Data

Hi Guys,

Crispy Fried Cosmonaut time again! My Cosmonaut got incinerated when the PKA he was driving
accidently blew up when a ground technician stubbed out their cigar on the launch fuse.

On the Mission Debrief, the Cosmonaut info was overwritten.

Save file attached.

Cheers!

Bug/Annoyance - Cannot find the News

Hi Guys, Just posted a Bug in the Tech Forum about allowing a Launch with a No Launch event. Since I try to be accurate when I post I went to double check that I actually DID have a No Launch event, but there seems to be no way to check the News past or present after the Season Opening window is clo...

Bug - Soviet Sputnik Launch with "No Launches this Season" E

Hi Guys, I had a "No Launches this Season" Event and so naturally tried to Launch something. The Mission Failed but I am not sure if it failed because of the Event or because of my crap hardware. The MC view appeared to allow the launch and the Failure was later in the EOI (Earth Orbital Insertion)....

Annoyance - Readability and Display

Hi Guys, Playing 0.8.1 and still seeing a few readability issues. After a mission when you are given the opportunity to review the icons of each skill or reliability etc are nice and big, BUT the information about the change gets washed out and is unreadable because it is the same colour as the icon...

BASPM 0.8.1 first impressions and sugestions

Hi Guys, I have been off the grid for a couple of weeks and so have not played for that time, but I am back now. Am playing my first game of 0.8.1 and thought I would give some feedback. The interface is very nice, very slick and much easier to navigate. The change to a slightly smaller font has act...

Re: Personalization?

Hi Guys, As one of those people who did pay to get my name into the game, I actually don't have a problem with personalisation. For me, the fact that I am in the game as a default is pretty cool. Also my picture will be in the game as a default, so that is also cool. In my experience while many play...

Re: Bug - Gemini Unmanned Orbital Flight Test

Hi Guys, I think you may have misunderstood. The Mission I set was the Mission I was awarded Goal wise, but the Mission it actually did was a mission from higher up the ladder, and it DIDN'T award me the higher Goals. I understand the higher parameter mission ticks the lower box, but I actually TOLD...

Re: Bug/Annoyance - Gemini Manned Docking Penalty

Hi Guys, Well I will admit that Gus Grissom almost drowned when his suit filled with water when they were trying to save Liberty Bell but I still think being hammered so hard is harsh when nobody actually died. Maybe you could look at a modifier to the code overall and just adjust a Catastrophic fai...

Bug - Gemini Unmanned Orbital Flight Test

Hi Guys,

I got more than I bargained for when I did the Unmanned Orbital Flight Test when the actual Mission
Flown was a Lunar Free Return. I was awarded the Uncrewed Orbital Goal, but I actually went TLI and
Slingshot back to Earth.

Save File attached.

Cheers!
