Spitfire II on carrier

I was able to land this Spitfire II on a carrier. It does not have the carrier plane trait.
Just a glitch?

Bru I think I've narrowed it down to a scenario I added to the campaign after the sweep, Rainbow-5. When I run the scenario from the editor I can see the German faction flashing by in a fraction of a nano second :D But I can't find any trace of the huns in the scenario itself. I like location names displayed on the map. I think it adds to the immersion and it make it easier to get an overview of the map. But I don't like to spam the map with non-functional flags, it clutters the map. So could you please change this option to also display location names without flags? Play...

Once upon a time in OOB defending naval units would return fire, similar to land and air units.
I think this worked better than the current mechanic and it would add more fun and uncertainty to naval combat.
Could we please get naval return fire back as an option?

When you add a new objective location or unit map link, the game always moves to the first link created for the objective.
It would be much, much better if the game always scrolled to the last link created.
That would save a few kilometers worth of map scrolling.

Air Patrol Task Settings

You can set a target definition for the Air Patrol order. in the example below I've set it up without adding any patrol points.
Anyone know if the air unit assigned would actually randomly hunt for a carrier unit and follow the carrier when spotted?
That would be sweet :D

Anyone know why the Germans pop up in the specialisation screen?
I think there's a Japanese spec involving the Germans, but this...? :roll:

Erik: Yes, since there are no Japanese on-map airfields available until they capture one (probably too late to refuel the air units).

I think it is a fair guess that the next campaign will be a Soviet campaign. At least there's one coming sometime :wink:

The graphic issues reported are not affecting all of us.
Mine still looks great.
This screenshot was taken using zoom = 100
I'm using a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB with latest driver.

Edit: or maybe it is a problem with the tank guns, hard to see... :roll:

This function could also be useful in the faction screen.
You can already do that. Select a faction in the middle of the list and hit the minus-sign (if this is what you meant).

1) The 'J' short-cut displaying AI Team numbers on deployed units is very useful. Please expand the numbers displayed to 99.

2) Currently you can only delete the bottom AI Team from the list. Please add the possibility to delete AI Teams anywhere in the list

This is very odd. The screenshot looks 'normal', although it is a bit low-rez and hard to see any details. I gather you can't open the objective screen by clicking on it or using the short-cut ' o '. Another multiplayer game just passed turn-10 so I doubt there is any issue with the scenario itself...

The basic answer is that you need to add land/naval/air command points to the (next) scenario.
And you need to add deployment hexes of course.
Not sure if this is what you are asking`?
