Well i just played a PBEM game and was wondering about french industry, because i only received 6 PPs per turn from Sep 39 to April 40... I played several other games and received 15 to 17 PPs per turn. What could be the reason????

Thanks for quick answer. But i believe it would be realistic that the western allies could declare war on ireland when London falls to german invaders...

After my opponent had conquered England i planned to retake Britain with an invasion in Ireland. But i had to notice that i it not possible to declare war on ireland. Why not? Any suggestions?
