It may then be that the previous purchases are locking you from purchasing the Mega Pack, so have you tried purchasing the missing 3 DLCs separately and does this work?

Battle Academy should not be working like this, but this may be what is preventing this from working as normal

Hello sIg3b,

The default AV for Windows 10 is Windows Defender, so have you tried temporarily disabling this and then trying to connect to the PBEM server? If not, please can you try this.
