I would also love a zoom function. Just leave out the minimap and allow us to zoom out and view the whole battlefield. Supreme commander and ruse did this and it worked really well

Suggestion
Equipment upgrades based on chassis instead of a unit class. For example: Panzer II can be upgraded to later versions, Marder II or Wespe. This way early game vehicles can still be worth investing in.

The panzer corps system makes no sense at all. Anything can upgrade to anything

Nice chart! The problem is that you cannot read the unit names when zooming in. I think it has to do with saving as .jpg, is converts images to become as small as possible but reduces image quality for this.I suggest saving the image as PNG, this prevents this issue

This upgrade charts has been so helpfull in giving insight in the upgrade paths. I really hope you will create one for the USSR and the UK at some point.

Recently i went trough a few maps and i noticed that the autogenerated railroads contain a wrong overlay. After looking trought the list its clear that somehow the right overlay got replaced by a different one. If you look it up, the overlay is in the list twice.

Hmm i looked at the equipment file and both the panther D and Bersaglieri 43 have theatre = 0

From what I've found this means they wont be available in scenarios that have the europe theatre. First time i noticed this with units.

After dlc 5 would love to see compact multiplayer mays like the campaign. Do you have any interest in making a multiplayer map pack in the same style?

@flamond: its kinda strange to play a low complexity wargame and ask for more complexity. There are other wargames that have the realism that you prefer, why dont you just play those? The reason why panzer corps is so popular is because its semi realistic with the focus on entertaining gamplay.

I have to say i love this idea! It reminds me of the crusader trail from stronghold crusader (did you get the lord idea from this?) combined with the compact maps from advance wars.
