That would only lead to people installing the patch in the wrong place. Very few games are happy to have you just move them around after installation. Thanks, that is exactly what I did without difficulty.

installing the game as admin and running the game as admin sets up the correct file permissions to run and update, not doing it doesn't set the firewall exceptions, and is the main reasons the game won't and can't update as it doesn't have the right permissions to run, install or update I run the g...

I often think it would be reasonable for Troops who are above average and over to have the choice to pursue or not. It would reflect their better training and discipline.

It would also be useful to be able to move sections sideways when shifting a line.
