Can anyone explain to me This.
As the allies, I defeated the enemy in 6 rounds, took all objectives, and then the battle ended. I expected to continue the rest of the rounds 7-15, and get all the objective points for those rounds but instead got nothing.
Punished for getting fast victories?

Re: Panzer Corps 2 - 2021 World Championship Begins
I received 2000 points for my forfeit, and consider that a fair total.
I wonder what would have happened if my opponent logged in with 5 days to go, and only completed 5 rounds? Glad I got a full forfeit TBH

Re: Panzer Corps 2 - 2021 World Championship Begins
It is looking like the Sitzgrieg continues for me as my opponent has not showed up either I have played a number of Order of Battle tournaments, and this is a common problem, with your opponent showing up too late to complete the round of not showing up at all. This format is better than the OOB tou...

Re: Grand Campaign 1939-1945 (Custom Campaign)
I just finished the 1939 campaign, and found it excellent. Better than the campaigns that came with the game actually. Narvik was incredibly hard end to the campaign, it took me 4 attempts on the second easiest setting to complete, so a tough end to the campaign for sure. Thanks to all you guys for ...

Re: Join the Welkrieg Tournament
If there is another OOB tournament, i hope the organizers can fix the flaws in the competition. In particular the fact that 14 days makes it literally impossible to complete 15 rounds. My opponent and I had our turns in a prompt manner, but due to the timezone difference we were only able to complet...

Re: Join the Welkrieg Tournament
This tourney has been a SNAFU for me, due to late and tardy opponents. I ended up abandoning the second round because pointless playing due to lack of time. But am completing this final round as a show of respect to my last opponent who has showed up on time. Best of luck to the guys still in the hu...

Re: Join the Welkrieg Tournament
In the first round, my opponent only had his first go, 4 days after the start of the round. So we could only compete 11 rounds. In this round, my opponent has only just had his first go 3 days after the start of the round. So it is impossible for me to fully complete this round as well now. I think ...

Re: Okay... so is there any factors increase chance of destroying enemies instead of forcing them retreat
I agree, and wish they would adjust this mechanic. It is bad on all map types, but particularly annoying on desert maps. On a desert map against an armored vehicle with 4 hp's remaining, you will often need 3 different tanks to destroy it. The first tank will take it down to 3hp and the enemy tank w...

Re: finding other players
I too an wary of taking on random players, because almost all of them are abandoned, and I regret all the time wasted.
I will compete with you Celeborn if you like. Just PM me on any scenarios you are interested in and we can get a game going for sure.

Re: Air Combat Info
I think that aircraft repair is too expensive and the AA is a bit too overpowered. So I am pretty careful about my aircraft at the start of a battle and camp them over my AA units until I feel I can use them without bleeding too much damage Also, I tend to think that maintaining elite 4 or 5 star un...

Re: The Russian Campaign 1941 / The West Campaign 1940 (and other battles) - All Multiplayer
I wouldnt mind doing russian campaign 1941. I noticed that you have two games waiting Parriego but with a password. Let me know if you are interested doing a campaign. I have played these a couple times, and be warned that each round can take an hour or more, so it is a major time commitment. So yo...

Re: Winter Tournament - 2020
Thanks everyone for the congrats! These tournaments are very fun, and I enjoyed this one as much as I did last tournament (where I finished 39th) Big difference was I was lucky to not have any opponent forfiet this tourney. So thanks everyone for showing up to have some fun battles, and thanks Shard...

Re: Winter Tournament - 2020
Thanks for the replies guys, i did not know exactly how the points system worked exactly is all. Luckily my opponent and I managed to slip in an extra round, might have enough points but Shards might overtake yet too. Thanks Slitherine for putting on these tournaments too, a real bonus for what is a...

Re: Winter Tournament - 2020
Firstly, I must comment the map maker of Crescent Bay, it really is a very interesting map with a lot of scope for different strategies. My only comment would be that too many air command point are seem to be allotted compared to the amount of planes that can actually be deployed. Maybe there is som...

Re: Winter Tournament - 2020
I think I prefer the idea of no automatic victories. I feel that if you capture the enemy HQ, you should be awarded a certain amount of bonus victory points ( that are clearly stated at the start of the battle, so you know if it worth taking the risk to aggressively push ) and then be allowed to con...

Re: Order of Battle - Join the Winter Tournament
It would be good to have a separate tournament for those players that have successfully completed previous tournaments ( i.e - shown up to play without forfeiting) With a separate qualifying tournament for newcomers. I am mired at round 11 for three days now and doubt my opponent is coming back. At ...

Re: Join the Order of Battle Invasion Operations Tournament
Played my opponent in the peninsula scenario, and playing Japan blew one of the bridges by round 8. Would not have taken me long to take out the other for a complete victory. In the reverse playing the Brits, has him bogged down and was proceeding to get the upper hand in that battle as well.. Inste...

Hello all,
I had a hard drive crash and lost all my files. In particular Russia 3.0.
If someone could supply a link or upload of Russian Front 3.0 files, that would be much appreciated.

Re: The Russian Campaign 1941 / The West Campaign 1940 (and other battles) - All Multiplayer
Ah so as France I can win so long as I retain at least one objective. That's a relief, I have a feeling Germany will be difficult to hold off. I'll try and finish my current games before starting new ones though. Since I grumble about all the mines in the latest version of The Russian Campaign, I'v...
