Re: The Impressions of a Long-Time Panzer Corps Player
Hi verstaubtgesicht, was that when starting a new game (that there were no units deployed)? If so, I don't suppose you could you open a topic in the tech support forum and upload the log file? It is called output_log.txt and sits in the <game root>\Order of Battle - WW2_Data\ folder. For Steam, the ...

Raven, have you tried multiplayer? For those that master the AI, an MP match is guaranteed to mix things up.
Maybe kondi vs raven?

Hi bjz,
When this happens in single player, is it reproducible from a savegame? If so, do you happen to have a savegame you could send us?

The shell casings have always been there In the original game beta, we once had a bug where they were bright pink. It broke the immersion a bit, but made them easier to spot

Also, specifically, when a unit retreats following combat more damage is done to that unit.

Re: Blitzkrieg dlc - Is this "normal" difficult level?
You can press (and hold) the space bar to check whether the supply ship is providing supply to the land region. It will show all supply sources, and supply ships will be shown with an arrow showing exactly which region they are supplying.

Re: Blitzkrieg dlc - Is this "normal" difficult level?
Remember that in the campaign games, the AI receives very little to no income. Although the player usually has a much smaller force, this can be replenished and replaced throughout the scenario. Instead, the AI has many more units on the map, but as noted above, these tend to hold back to provide a ...

Re: [suggestion] Making logistics meaningful
One of the big challenges with systems such as the one suggested is making it easy for the player to see what the current state of play is, and why. Supply has such as big impact that it has to be immediately obvious, at a glance, not only what your current supply situation is, but also what it woul...

Thanks Carl, it sounds like you're having fun with the engine, and the observations are interesting.

Re: Plans for the future (Part 4?)
Regarding AI, although of course the focus is on Skirmish, we do continue make tweaks and small improvements to general performance where we can.
This is an iterative and incremental process.

Re: mandatory advance after combat
Hi hms, are you double clicking to attack?
It's only a single click to attack. You second click would issue the advance order.
Just a guess, but hopefully that's it.

Re: slow computer play
If you exclude the preview.png from your upload that should be fine, and will make the zip much smaller. The output log may be enough. It is called output_log.txt and sits in the <game root>\Order of Battle - Pacific_Data\ folder. For Steam, the default folder path usually is: C:\Program Files (x86)...

Re: slow computer play
Hi Skyrider, is this definitely the right savegame?
It looks like a custom scenario. If it is, could you upload the scenario files, and the output log that gets generated after you reproduce the issue?
Thanks!

Could you upload the auto save from when it freezes? I can use it to reproduce the problem and find a solution.

Hi Kane, could you upload the output.log file generated after reproducing this error? It will help us identify & solve the problem.
